Herstellung: 10-15 Tage Gärung im Edelsthaltank. Der Wein bleibt 4 Monaten auf der Feinhefe in Edelstahltanks und 1 Monat in der Flasche.

Sensorisches Profil: Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Intensives Bouquet, elegante Fruchtaromen nach Zitrone, Pampelmuse, Birne und Aprikose, und Blumennoten. Fruchtig, intensiv, erfrischend durch die Mineralität.

Serviervorschlag: Ideal als Aperitif, zu Vorspeisen, Fischgerichten, Krebstieren. Bei 12°C servieren.
